1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.route66sauce.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Hot Brand-It LLC (d/b/a Route 66 Hot Sauce) ("Route 66 Hot Sauce," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Bolivar, Missouri. By accessing the Site, creating an account, subscribing to communications, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

All products sold on the Site are handcrafted food items produced in small batches. Product images are for illustration only; actual labels, bottle styles, fill levels, and sauce color and consistency may vary slightly between batches. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, discontinue products, and limit order quantities at our sole discretion. Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated and have no cash value.

4. Orders & Payment

Checkout on the Site is processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation; this confirms receipt of your order, not our acceptance of it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States via common carriers. Our products are packaged in glass bottles and packed to minimize breakage in transit. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold shipments briefly to protect product quality. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier. 6. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are consumable food items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns of food products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging, and we will replace the affected items or issue a refund at our discretion. 7. Product Warnings & Allergen Disclaimer

Our products contain chili peppers and capsaicin and may be extremely spicy. Consume at your own discretion and keep out of reach of children and pets. Products may contain or be produced in facilities that also process common allergens. Always review the ingredient statement and allergen declaration on the product label before consuming. Our products and any statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, allergy, or sensitivity, consult a physician before consuming.

8. Private Label & Wholesale Inquiries

Private label, co-packing, and wholesale relationships offered through Hot Brand-It LLC are governed by separate written agreements and are not subject to the consumer purchase terms in Sections 3 through 6. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to enter into a private label or distribution relationship.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including the Route 66 Hot Sauce name, logos, label designs, product names, recipes, photographs, graphics, and text - is owned by or licensed to Hot Brand-It LLC (d/b/a Route 66 Hot Sauce) and is protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. "Route 66 Hot Sauce" and associated marks may not be used in any manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems;

• Use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access or copy Site content;

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its security features;

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, orders, or reviews.

11. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including marketing. You represent that you own or control the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights. We may remove any user content at our discretion.

12. Email & SMS Communications

By opting in to our email or SMS marketing, you consent to receive recurring promotional messages from Route 66 Hot Sauce. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or replying STOP to any text message. Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site is hosted on Squarespace, and checkout is powered by Shopify. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control; we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOT BRAND-IT LLC (D/B/A ROUTE 66 HOT SAUCE), ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OR CONSUMPTION OF OUR PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hot Brand-It LLC (d/b/a Route 66 Hot Sauce) and its owners, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREES THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A CLASS ACTION.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hot Brand-It LLC (d/b/a Route 66 Hot Sauce) regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings.
